Richard "Ricky" Watts is a versatile artist of many mediums. Born in San Francisco, Watts now lives and works one hour north of the Golden Gate. Influenced by comic books, science fiction, nature and a booming bay area art scene, Ricky spent his teenage years painting public spaces up and down the west coast. After high school, Watts attended the Art Institute of California - San Diego campus, majoring in graphic design. Watts now spends his days creating art works on paper, canvas, metal, found objects, as well as large scale murals and freelance graphic design projects.
